タクナにてSATREPS地震・津波国際シンポジウムが開催

リマ市:El Mesonホテル，タクナ私立大学
概要:
8月20日はSATREPSペルーとSATREPSチリの研究者がペルー南部のタクナ市に集合し，津波危険地域のBoca Del Rioの現地視察を行いました．
また，8月21日は，EL MESONホテル朝9時半からペルーのマスコミ10社に対する記者会見を行いました．
これに引き続き，SATREPSペルー，SATREPSチリの2つのプロジェクト関係者が参加してワークショップを開催しました．
午後はタクナ私立大学に会場を移して，一般市民にも開放した地震・津波防災に関する公開シンポジウムを開催しました．
このシンポジウムには，2つのプロジェクトの研究者に加えて，ペルー国政府防災機関(INDECI, CENEPRED)，チリ国防災庁(ONEMI)，国連機関(UNESCO)も参加し，
太平洋を跨ぐ津波防災に関する協力などが話し合われました．
