Overview:
The SATREPS Peru project is now in its final stage.
The International Public Symposium/Seminar on the results of the SATREPS Project was held on 13th August, 2014 in Lima
gathering government officers, researchers, and practitioners of Peru.
The report on earthquake and tsunami simulations for Lima and Tacna has attracted significant attention of the general public,
and hence the total number of participants reached about 300.
The similar dissemination seminars will also be held in various cities in Peru in the near future.
