Invited by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr.Alfredo Murgueytio, the head of National Institute of Civil Defense(INDECI)
came to Japan. Welcome party held at the Peruvian Embassy on October 25.
Mr.Murgueytio visited Honjo life safety learning center, Tokyo Fire Department and Chiba University on October 26.
